Well in removing the transmission on 18 transit 250 I got the usually tough subframe bolts out but when it came the the crossmember bolts naturally 3 have snapped off. Wondering is anyone has come up with any good tricks to remove them. I am probably going to try to carefully drill them out but...

The traffic was stop and go, but not anything heavy, and not anything i have not driven in before. I pulled off the highway, and the caliper retracted when the brake cooled.
